In Toei`s Super Sentai series ZYURANGER (????????????, Kyoryuu Sentai Juurenjaa, 1992–1993) the yellow-uniformed Tiger Ranger was a male hero named Boi (played by Takumi Hashimoto). When Saban adapted ZYURANGER for American audiences as MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS (1993), the Yellow Ranger became the heroine Trini Kwan (played by the late Thuy Trang). A special S.H.Figuarts female Yellow Ranger sculpt will be ONLY available in North America through Bluefin Distribution authorized retailers this July, and will not be featured in Asian markets.
