The Japanese figure manufacturer CCPJAPAN has begun accepting pre-orders for the "CCP Middle Size Series Godzilla [Vol.12] (CCP ミドルサイズシリーズ ゴジラ 【第12弾】, CCP Midoru Saizu Shirīzu Gojira [Dai 12-dan])," retro-design soft vinyl figures of monsters from the popular "Godzilla" special effects film series, at hobby shops, mass retailers, and online stores across Japan.
Based on the concept of “an old-school/new-school, yet slightly old-fashioned soft vinyl monster series,” the popular Middle Size figure line measure 12 cm in height and fits in the palm of your hand, making it easy to collect. This is a collection series by CCPJAPAN for soft vinyl and monster lovers, with a retro-style deformation that gives a nostalgic and somewhat “Showa-era retro” feel to the figures.
Series [Vol. 12] features six figures, all in glitter molding!
Along with the glow-in-the-dark figures, these soft vinyl figures are also incredibly popular, with glitter all over their bodies. When held up close, fans and collectors will see the glitter sparkling within the molding, allowing them to experience the fun and luxury that only soft vinyl figures can offer.

For this production, CCPJAPAN worked with their manufacturing factory to use a special molding method that contains more glitter than usual, and each figure is painted in a clear color to match the character, resulting in a dazzling finish.
CCP Middle Size Series Godzilla [Vol.12] will be released in Japan in february 2025. Fans in North America should check Toho's Official Godzilla Store in the coming weeks for pre-order details.

Godzilla (1995), a.k.a. Death Godzilla, commonly known as Death Godzilla, has been powered up with the burning color that was a big hit in the first release of the Middle Size Godzilla series, now molded with glitter!
The gradation of the clear red coloring, which retains the red-hot parts characteristic of Death Godzilla, makes the molding stand out even more.The gold glitter that shimmers against the clear yellow molding adds a sense of luxury.

Godzilla (1999), commonly known as Miregoji, appears in the "Heat Ray Red Glitter Ver.", which makes use of the red + gold glitter molding and incorporates the image of a radiating heat ray!
Previous Godzillas had a default heat ray that was blue, but Miregoji's heat ray is clearly a flaming orange color. The atmosphere of Godzilla releasing his red heat ray in battle has been incorporated into this soft vinyl figure.
The glitter shines against the clear red, and the dorsal fins are painted gold, the bright colors further enhanced by contrast against the gunmetal body.

Gigan returns with the "Blue Glitter Ver." which features glitter molding all over!
Gigan's basic blue color is mmixed with silver glitter. CCCPJAPAN felt that applying too much metallic paint would ruin the figure's texture, so they deliberately left the glitter to the main body. The gold paintwork on the torso and wings, as well as the shining red mono-eye, maintain the traditional Gigan elements.
CCCPJAPAN hopes fans will fully enjoy the beauty of this glitter Gigan.

Hedorah is now available in a vivid "Tropical Glitter Ver." molded in clear yellow with gold glitter for a tropical color scheme!
All body parts except for the pink on the head are painted with clear paint, allowing fans to enjoy the gradation of color without compromising the texture of the glitter. The glitter sparkles among Hedorah's undulating folds, giving it a beautiful texture that's different from previous Hedorah figures.
