Monuments Series 8: 70 Years of GODZILLA and SEVEN SAMURAI

Fans worldwide have been celebrating the 70th Anniversary of GODZILLA (ゴジラ, Gojira) but 1954 also saw the release of another Toho classic... Akira Kurosawa's masterpiece SEVEN SAMURAI (七人の侍, Shichinin no Samurai).

SciFi Japan correspondent Daisuke Ishizuka recently visited Toho Studios in Setagaya, Tokyo, and took photos of the studio's displays honoring these two movie legends.
