    Synopsis

Monsters appear en masse in an industrial area! SKaRD intercepts them, but the kaijuy continue to attack, no matter how many are defeated. Suspecting that Necromass, an advanced chemical company that owns factories in the area and conducts research and disposal of kaiju remains, is somehow involved, SKaRD rushes to Dr. Mabuse, CEO of the company and one of the world's leading chemical researchers.

The Necromass laboratory is developing "damudoxin," a substance that is related to the origin of life, and is close to completion. Then suddenly, a mysterious Alien Damuno, who calls itself "the supreme ruler of the universe," appears! In the midst of this chaos, the damudoxin overflows from a damaged tank and absorbs the laboratory samples of dead kaiju, creating the horrifyingly huge Gongilgan, a monstrous beast with incredible powers of destruction. The curtain now falls on an epic clash between Ultraman Blazer & SKaRD and the giant monster in Japan's capital city!
