Well Go USA Entertainment is offering SciFi Japan readers a chance to win a Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack of GINTAMA (??, 2017), the visually spectacular feature film based on the long-running manga by Hideaki Sorachi. The live-action film adaptation was written and directed by Yûichi Fukuda (PSYCHIC KUSUO) and stars Masaki Suda, Kanna Hashimoto, Yuya Yagira, Hirofumi Arai, Ryo Yoshizawa, Akari Hayami, Murotsuyoshi, Masami Nagasawa, Masaki Okada, Jiro Sato, Nanao Ken Yasuda, with Kankuro Nakamura, and Tsuyoshi Domoto. GINTAMA takes place in an alternate Edo-period Japan, where an Alien race has taken control, forcing Samurai to lay down their swords. Once feared as the “White Demon,” former samurai Gintoki Sakata now works as an everyday handyman -- until a master swordsman tasks Gintoki and his friends with finding the cursed sword Benizakura to keep it from falling into the wrong hands. Packed with the sword-swinging sci-fi action and offbeat humor that have made the manga a classic, GINTAMA is bound to delight both fans and anyone looking for a journey to a visually-stunning universe where fantastical action lurks just around every corner. GINTAMA lands on digital, Blu-ray Combo Pack (SLP: $29.98) and DVD (SLP: $24.98) March 6 from Well Go USA Entertainment. The film is presented in Japanese with optional English subtitles, has a runtime of approximately 132 minutes and is not rated.

No substitution of prizes allowed. Duration of contests: A. The "GINTAMA" contest runs from February 26 until 11:59pm on March 11, 2018. How to enter: A. Submit your name, email address, and mailing address for the random drawing. B. Be sure to write "GINTAMA" in the subject header of your email entry. SciFi Japan often runs multiple contests at the same time, so any entries without "GINTAMA" in the subject header will be discarded. Determination of winners: A. Only contestants who have submitted the requested information will be entered in the final drawing. The first four randomly drawn eligible entries will be judged the winners for this contest. B. SciFi Japan is not responsible for typographical, electronic or other errors in Internet operation affecting the offering, outcome, administration of the contest or the announcement of prizes.
