Toho has provided information and high-res images from their new anime film, CRAYON SHIN-CHAN THE MOVIE: BAKUMORI! KUNG FU BOYS -RAMEN PANIC- (??????????? ??????????? ??????, Eiga Kureyon Shinchan Bakumori! Kanfuuboizu ~Raamen Tairan~), opening in Japan this Friday, April 13th. The movie is the 26th feature film based on the manga series created by Yoshito Usui, and follows the comedic misadventures of Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara, a mischievous five-year-old who often says inappropriate things and cannot resist pretty ladies, regardless of their age. Shin-chan`s family includes his baby sister Himawari, their mother Misae who gets hysterical whenever her two kids are misbehaving in public, dad Hiroshi, an average office worker who has smelly feet, and their pet dog Shiro. CRAYON SHIN-CHAN THE MOVIE: BAKUMORI! KUNG FU BOYS -RAMEN PANIC- is directed and written by Wataru Takahashi. Takahashi is a veteran of the franchise, having directed CRAYON SHIN-CHAN THE MOVIE: ROBOT DAD (???????????????????????????, Eiga Kureyon Shinchan Gachinko Gyakushu no Robotochan, 2014) and CRAYON SHIN-CHAN THE MOVIE: FAST ASLEEP! THE GREAT ASSAULT ON THE DREAMING WORLD (??????????? ??????????????, Eiga Crayon Shinchan Bakusui Yumemi World Daitotsugeki, 2016). Screenwriter Kimiko Ueno previously wrote CRAYON SHIN-CHAN: MY MOVING STORY! CACTUS LARGE ATTACK! (??????????? ???????? ?????????, Eiga Kureyon Shinchan Ora no Hikkoshi Monogatari Saboten Daishuugeki, 2015).

Masao invites Shinnosuke to practice Kung Fu at a dojo in "Aiya-Town", the Chinatown of Kasukabe, Saitama. There, they study a legendary technique, the "Puni Puni Fist" (Hidden Fist). Meanwhile, new delicacy is taking Aiya-Town by storm... "Black Panda Ramen". Unfortunately, whoever eats the noodles goes into a violent frenzy! Shinnosuke and his friends form the Kasukabe Defense Organization to restore peace in the city. But will they succeed? Get ready for a Kung Fu super action masterpiece!!
