The Japanese figure manufacturer CCPJAPAN has begun accepting pre-orders for the "CCP Middle Size Series Godzilla EX [Vol. 7] (CCP ミドルサイズシリーズ ゴジラEX【第7弾】, CCP Midoru Saizu Shirīzu Gojira EX [Dai 7-dan])," retro-design soft vinyl figures of monsters from the popular "Godzilla" special effects film series, at hobby shops, mass retailers, and online stores across Japan.
Based on the concept of “an old-school/new-school, yet slightly old-fashioned soft vinyl monster series,” the popular Middle Size figure line measure 12 cm in height and fits in the palm of a hand, making it easy to collect. This is a collection series by CCPJAPAN for soft vinyl and monster lovers, with a retro-style deformation that gives a nostalgic and somewhat “Showa-era retro” feel to the figures.
EX [Vol. 7] features six figures, including the new Mechagodzilla (1993). The series will be released in Japan in June 2025. Fans in North America should check Toho's Official Godzilla Store in the coming weeks for pre-order details.

CCPJAPAN is Introducing a completely new figure of Mechagodzilla (1993), known as G-Force's trump card, the "Anti-G Weapon"! Following the Showa Mechagodzilla and Kiryu, the Heisei VS Mechagodzilla is finally being released as a CCP Midddle Size figure.
The rounded form that is a characteristic of this Mechagodzilla from GODZILLA VS. MECHAGODZILLA II (ゴジラvsメカゴジラ, Gojira vs. Mekagojira, 1993) has been captured in soft vinyl, giving it a retro style design. Rather than ending up with just a single color, it has a heavy black shadow paint job and with orange on the mech's back to evoke the power of the jet engine.
