SciFi Japan is pleased to present an exclusive first look at MONSTER ISLAND (a.k.a. MONSTER MASH), a new sci-fi film coming this summer from Asylum Entertainment. The movie was shot in South Africa, New Zealand, and Los Angeles and features multiple massive kaiju battling for supremacy. As the world tries to stop a giant kaiju bent on destruction, more and more monsters appear -- each one more terrible than the last -- leaving mankind defenseless until our heroes reach out to a specialist versed in monster lore. MONSTER ISLAND stars Adrian Bouchet (THE LAST KINGDOM, FINAL FANTASY), Natalie Robbie, Chris Fisher (BLACK SAILS, 6 HEADED SHARK ATTACK) and Donna Cormack-Thomson. The Monster Expert is played by Award-winning South African actor Margot Wood.
