Ent., Inc.First released as a standard figure last September, NECA’s King Kong returns with a new color variant. The new King Kong (Illustrated) 8″ Scale Action Figure is inspired by classic poster artwork for the 1933 film, with paints apps that reflect the torchlight colors of Kong’s nighttime appearances at the Skull Islanders’ wall and village.
NECA’s King Kong is an original take on the classic gorilla, with super detailed hair and battle wounds across the body and head sculpts. This massive figure stands at 8″ tall with over 30 points of articulation. The figure includes two heads with varied expressions, a pair of open hands, and closed fist hands.
Kong is presented in illustrated window box packaging with an opening 5th panel front cover.
King Kong (Illustrated) will be coming first to market at Walmart this month, with other retailers getting the figure later in 2021.
