(Godzilla: Rulers of Earth). The six issue Project Nemesis mini-series will debut in October from American Gothic Press, the new comic book imprint of Famous Monsters. Jeremy Robinson explained, "When I first came up with the idea for Project Nemesis, my first thought was `This would make an awesome comic book,` which was quickly followed by `Oh man, Matt Frank would be perfect for this!` Nobody does kaiju in comics better. And now here we are, making the dream reality." "Jeremy had been asking me for a while to work on comics with him," added Matt Frank. "And the opportunity finally presented itself when Phil Kim, from Famous Monsters, had begun requesting me as well to work on a new comic series for American Gothic Press! I put the two together and it`s a surefire winner. The Nemesis universe is a lot of fun and I hope we get to play in it for a good while!" In addition to a cover by Frank, Project Nemesis #1 will also offer a 1:10 incentive variant cover by Bob Eggleton (Godzilla in Hell). Project Nemesis #1 (of 6) Jon Hudson is sent to the wilderness chasing Bigfoot sightings, until he and Sheriff Ashley Collins find themselves in the midst of a secret experiment gone terribly, terribly wrong... and it turns out that kaiju, the great monsters of Japanese legend, are much more real than anyone could have imagined.
