    Ultraman Partners With Nojima To Protect Japan From Rising Electric Bills

    On June 1, 2023, Nojima Co., Ltd. (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO Hiroshi Nojima) launched the “Energy Saving Home Appliances Simultaneous Price Reduction Ultra Satisfaction Sale” leading-up to the start of the summer season, when household budgets are under increasing strain due to higher electricity rates. The event is centered on air conditioners, refrigerators, lighting fixtures, and TVs, which account for the majority of energy expenditures. In conjunction with the sale, they are also holding a "Review Your Smartphone (Mobile Phone) Charges Campaign" to support customers by directly reducing their living expenses.

    Points of Nojima's “Energy Saving Home Appliances Simultaneous Price Reduction Ultra Satisfaction Sale”

    Now that electricity bills are rising, it's time to lower the price of energy-saving home appliances as a "power-saving measure at home"!

    In response to the June 1st electricity rate hikes of up to 42% by seven major electric power companies, Nojima is supporting the replacement of home appliances with energy-saving ones by offering substantial price cuts of up to 50,000 yen off the retail price, mainly on air conditioners and refrigerators, which account for approximately 70% of home electricity bills in the summer.

    Nojima, the only electronics specialty store without a manufacturer's sales representative, will not only provide product information, but will also "share" information on how to save money on electricity bills and how to use electronics wisely!

    In this project, Ultraman collaborates with Nojima's "Energy Conservation Consultant" employees who have knowledge related to energy conservation, and  "Communication Cost Consultants" who have knowledge about careers and plans, to fight price hikes for various items such as electricity and groceries at home and protect your household budget!

    In addition, Nojima's customer service policy of "consulting sales" that recommends products that suit each customer's needs without being beholden to the manufacturer, is at the heart of their efforts to provide the ultra customer service to ensure customer satisfaction after the purchase.
