Over the past 50+ years, many of the monsters and aliens introduced in Tsuburaya Productions’ Ultraman franchise have become pop culture icons, both in Japan and abroad. The popularity of these characters has inspired the BATTLE KAIJU SERIES, a new Blu-ray collection from Mill Creek Entertainment devoted to some of the greatest Ultraman foes. The second volume looks at Alien Baltan, the Space Ninjas widely recognized as the greatest rivals to Ultraman and his fellow Ultra Brothers.

BATTLE KAIJU SERIES 02 - ULTRAMAN VS ALIEN BALTAN collects 11 Alien Baltan episodes and 2 movies from across the Ultraman franchise, starting with their first appearance in the original 1966 ULTRAMAN series and continuing through to 2016's ULTRAMAN X THE MOVIE. Alongside the original, this collection presents multiple versions of the aliens, including Baltan Jr., two very different animated Baltans, Tiny Baltan, Neo Baltan, the kindly Child Baltan, Basical Baltan, and the evil Dark Baltan.
Note: While most episodes in this set are remastered in 1080p HD, some are presented as "SD on Blu-ray" due to HD masters not being currently available from Tsuburaya Productions.
