Official Site: b-boys.jp/ultrax/products (Japan) Bandai`s main Ultraman toy line was revamped in 2013 with the Ultra Hero 500 series, which featured PVC (soft vinyl) figures with an average height of 5.5 inches. Produced at a smaller scale and with less detail than previous Ultra figures, Ultra Hero 500 -- and the subsequent Ultraman X Ultra Hero X line -- disappointed many longtime fans and collectors. Bandai is now appealing to those fans with the new Ultra BIG series of higher-quality 9 inch Ultraman characters.
