The Japanese toy company X-Plus Co., Ltd. has provided SciFi Japan with information and photos of their giant monster figures scheduled for release in late January 2016. X-Plus` monster figures can be purchased directly from the company`s official Shounen Ric website. Shounen Ric offers Limited Editions of the figures with exclusive features or bonus pieces not available from other retailers. The standard versions of the figures are sold by stores and online retailers including SFJ`s sponsors Anime Jungle and Flossie`s Gifts & Collectibles.

The figure will be manufactured from the master mold, in order to reproduce in soft vinyl as much as much detail as possible from Yuji Sakai`s original sculpt. The Shounen Ric website Light Up Version comes with an exclusive built-in light-emitting gimmick for the monster’s dorsal fins, not available from other retailers.
