Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. has announced that the Directors Cut of their new Ultraman series, ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: NEW GENERATION HEROES (ウルトラギャラクシーファイト ニュージェãƒãƒ¬ãƒ¼ã‚·ãƒ§ãƒ³ãƒ’ーãƒãƒ¼ã‚º, Urutora GyarakushÄ« Faito NyÅ« JenerÄ“shon HÄ«rÅzu, 2019), will be screened during a special event at the Shinjuku Piccadilly in Tokyo on November 14th. ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT consists of 13 mini-episodes. The story features the modern "New Generation Hero" Ultramen in battle against the League of Darkness, a gathering of new and old Ultraman foes. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the shows director, Koichi Sakamoto. Sakamoto is a veteran of the Ultraman franchise, having directed the feature films MEGA MONSTER BATTLE ULTRA GALAXY: THE MOVIE (大怪ç£ãƒãƒˆãƒ« ウルトラ銀河ä¼èª¬ THE MOVIE, DaikaijÅ« Batoru Urutora Ginga Densetsu THE MOVIE, 2009), ULTRAMAN GINGA S THE MOVIE (åŠ‡å ´ç‰ˆ ウルトラマンギンガS 決戦! ウルトラ10勇士!!, GekijÅ-ban Urutoraman Ginga S Kessen! Urutora 10 YÅ«shi!!, 2015) and the series ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY (ウルトラファイトビクトリー, Urutora Faito BikutorÄ«, 2015) and ULTRA FIGHT ORB (ウルトラファイトオーブ 親åã®åŠ›ã€ãŠã‹ã‚Šã—ã¾ã™ï¼, Urutora Faito ÅŒbu Oyako no Chikara, Okari Shimasu!, 2017). He has also directed for Toeis Kamen Rider and Super Sentai franchises plus the Americanized POWER RANGERS. Koichi Sakamoto will be joined onstage by Ultraman Ribut, the Malaysian hero who made his live-action debut in ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT, and the League of Darkness villains Ultraman X Darkness and Ultraman Geed Darkness. Tickets to the ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: NEW GENERATION HEROES Directors Cut Screening can be pre-ordered from the shows official website starting at midnight on Friday, November 1. That same day, fans can also purchase tickets from the theater box office while supplies last.
