Nijigen No Mori Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Hiroshige Sadamatsu) is offering a limited edition Godzilla dorsal fin at the Nijigen No Mori theme park's popular attraction, "Godzilla Interception Operation" (ゴジラ迎撃作戦 ～国立ゴジラ淡路島研究センター～, Gojira Geigeki Sakusen ~ Kokuritsu Gojira Awajishima Kenkyū Sentā ~) in Hyogo Prefecture. Only 100 of the fins were made, and are being sold by lottery through Sunday, November 24th.
The dorsal fin was perfectly reproduced by Toho Eizo Bijutsu Co., Ltd. (Toho Visual Arts) and features Godzilla from the monumental film GODZILLA MINUS ONE (ゴジラ-1.0/ゴジラマイナスワン, Gojira Mainasu Wan, 2023), which received international acclaim. Toho Eizo Bijitsu is a production and fx company that has been involved in the making of the Godzilla series, as well as other movies and TV programs.
There are two ways to get the dorsal fin. The first is to purchase a premium theme park ticket with GODZILLA MINUS ONE dorsal fin lottery entry on the Nijigen No Mori Online Shop, which is limited to 70 tickets. The second is to apply for the "GODZILLA MINUS ONE Dorsal Fin Plan," a limited offer for guests of the Godzilla Collaboration Room "Kaiju Land" (ゴジラコラボルーム『怪獣ランド』, Gojira Korabo Rūmu “Kaijū Rando”) at the luxury villa "GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°" (GRAND CHARIOT 北斗七星135°, GRAND CHARIOT Hokutoshichisei 135°) in Northern Awaji Island. Only 30 plans are available for guests.
