Tsuburaya Productions has announced the Japanese home video release for the popular 2019 ULTRAMAN (??????, Urutoraman) anime series. The ULTRAMAN Blu-ray BOX, containing all 13 episodes of the first season plus special features and exclusive bonus content, will be available on June 24. Among the extras is an 84 page booklet containing production and 3DCG materials as well as episode commentaries by directors Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki. There is also an exclusive comic based on the first episode from the creators of the original Ultraman manga, Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi.

Shimizu and Shimoguchi have also created a new illustration for the box design. Premium Bandai and A-on STORE are offering a "First Limited Edition" of the Blu-ray BOX, that includes an additional 84 page booklet detailing the creation of the high quality 3DCG animation produced by Sola Digital Arts.

Japanese fans will also be to rent or buy ULTRAMAN on digital. The episodes will be released one per week, in both standard and high definition, starting this Monday, April 13. ULTRAMAN Season 1 Omnibus, a new re-edit compilation of all 13 episodes, will be available on digital June 12.
