    DESTROY ALL MONSTERS and GODZILLA VS MEGALON Blu-ray/DVD Specs and Press Release

    SciFi Japan has an update to last week`s DESTROY ALL MONSTERS (?????, Kaiju Soshingeki, 1968) and GODZILLA VS MEGALON (???????, Gojira Tai Megaro, 1973) Blu-ray/DVD exclusive. Media Blasters has provided product specs and a first look at the press release going out later this week. The two movies will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in July from the company`s Tokyo Shock label. The films will be presented uncut and in their original theatrical aspect ratio, with Japanese 2.0 and 5.1 audio, English subtitles and Toho`s English dub in 2.0. There will be no extra features. The SRP for both the DVD and Blu-ray editions is $19.99 each. Fans looking for a bargain should consider the Walmart exclusive GODZILLA STOMP BOX containing both DESTROY ALL MONSTERS and GODZILLA VS MEGALON. The 2-DVD set will be released approximately two weeks before the individual DVDs and retail for a lower price than the single discs.
