The latest film in Toho’s classic series, GODZILLA MINUS ONE (ゴジラ-1.0, ゴジラマイナスワン, Gojira Mainasu Wan, 2023) was crafted to be the most terrifying incarnation of the character yet, returning the franchise to its post-war roots with a powerful and poignant story about a Japan gripped by the helplessness of having already lost everything before this new, monstrous threat emerges. The film became a sensation across the world, culminating in GODZILLA MINUS ONE winning Best Visual Effects at the 96th Academy Awards, becoming the first non-English language film to win the award.

GODZILLA MINUS ONE will receive a wide release on home video in the US and Canada in November, and the United Kingdom in December. Read on for product details and photos of the different formats and editions...

United States/Canada

Earlier this year, Toho offered an English subtitled version of the GODZILLA MINUS ONE Blu-ray Deluxe Japan Collector’s Edition to North American fans as a Godzilla Store Exclusive. They are now releasing four new wide release home video versions of GODZILLA MINUS ONE which are currently available for pre-order at US and Canadian physical and online retailers. These new releases include audio in Japanese or an English dub, with subtitles in English, French, and Spanish.

Unlike the GODZILLA MINUS ONE Blu-ray Deluxe Japan Collector's Edition, the Noth American home videos do not include the black and white version of the film, GODZILLA MINUS ONE/MINUS COLOR (ゴジラ-1.0/C,ゴジラマイナスワン/マイナスカラー, Gojira Mainasu Wan/Mainasu Karā, 2024).

With limited copies across all good retailers, the GODZILLA MINUS ONE Deluxe Edition is housed on a rigid slipcase containing four discs:

Disc 1: The film on 4K UHD Blu-ray.
Disc 2: The film on Blu-ray.
Disc 3: GODZILLA MINUS ONE/MINUS COLOR on Blu-ray.
