    Celebrate the holidays with some great Godzilla artwork! Funimation Entertainment is offering SciFi Japan readers a chance to win a SHIN GODZILLA (??????, Shin Gojira, 2016) promotional poster by artist Matt Frank (IDW Publishing’s Godzilla comics). To celebrate the North American home video release of SHIN GODZILLA this past August, Funimation sponsored the Godzilla-themed “Strange Beasts V: Shin Beasts” art show and exhibition at Guzu Gallery in Austin, TX. As part of the event, they distributed a select number of limited-edition posters featuring commissioned Godzilla artwork created by Frank. Funimation has now provided five of these posters to SciFi Japan to give away! SHIN GODZILLA is the 29th film produced by Toho Co., Ltd. in the iconic science fiction monster franchise and is co-directed by Hideaki Anno (creator of EVANGELION) and Shinji Higuchi (director of Toho’s 2015 ATTACK ON TITAN live action movies). The movie was a massive commercial and critical hit in Japan, earning more than $72 million (USD) at the Japan box office and sweeping the 2017 Japan Academy awards ceremony, with prizes including Best Picture and Best Director. SHIN GODZILLA is now available as a 2-Disc Blu-ray Combo Pack (Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD Ultraviolet) featuring the original Japanese audio track along with a new English dub produced by Funimation, plus extras including theatrical trailers and a featurette.     Prize: A. There are five (5) prizes, with each prize consisting of one (1) SHIN GODZILLA art poster. B. Prizes will be shipped to the contest winners so entrants must include a valid mailing address. This contest is only open to participants in the United States and Canada. C. In the event that a winner chooses not to (or cannot) accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. D. One entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes allowed. Duration of contests: A. The "SHIN GODZILLA Blu-ray" contest runs from December 10 until 11:59pm on December 23, 2017. How to enter: A. Submit your name, email address, and mailing address for the random drawing. B. Be sure to write "SHIN GODZILLA Poster" in the subject header of your email entry. SciFi Japan often runs multiple contests at the same time, so any entries without "SHIN GODZILLA Poster" in the subject header will be discarded. Determination of winners: A. Only contestants who have submitted the requested information will be entered in the final drawing. The first five randomly drawn eligible entries will be judged the winners for this contest. B.
