Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayuki Nagatake)  is pleased to announce that the third Booster Pack for the ULTRAMAN CARD GAME (ウルトラマン カードゲーム, Urutoraman Kādo Gēmu) will be released on Friday, April 25th.

The ULTRAMAN CARD GAME is a new trading card game inspired by the world of Ultraman featuring playability appealing to both adults and kids, as well as collectability with specially designed cards by renowned creators from around the globe. The game also offers several rare cards to collect from artists and designers who have worked on the Ultraman shows and movies. The game was released simultaneously around the world on Friday, October 25, 2024 in 4 languages, a first in the history of trading card games.

Tsuburaya has also issued a schedule for the ULTRAMAN CARD GAME products and tournaments planned for 2025.

 ■ Booster Pack 03 Information

Each Booster Pack contains 12 random cards (Japanese release packs have 6 cards each). They can be purchased in either single packs or 24-pack boxes, allowing players to build their own original decks, collect their favorite characters, and enjoy the game in their own way.

Booster Pack 03: "Shadow of Undying Vengeance" has a theme of "monsters + opponents characters", and features the arrival of the popular and powerful enemy Ultraman Belial. With the addition of level-ups for the monsters and aliens, this product will allow you to build a "kaiju deck", which has been requested by many fans since the launch of the ULTRAMAN CARD GAME. In addition to the new Ultra Heroes, Dark Heroes like Ultraman Belial, kaiju such as Alien Baltan, who is appearing in a booster pack for the first time, and Kyrieloid, who is making his first appearance in the game, will be included.

■ ULTRAMAN CARD GAME 2025 Schedule

The ULTRAMAN CARD GAME schedule for 2025 is now available, offering fans a roadmap of events and products coming in 2025. Products will be released in booster packs approximately every three months, following the release of BP02: "Vortex of Crimson and Azure" on Friday, January 24 and BP03: "Shadow of Undying Vengeance" on Friday, April 25.

The “Ultra League Battle Spirits Tie-up Commemorative Cup” to be held on Sunday, January 26 in Tokyo. There will also be various tournaments, including the “Galaxy Cup EX” in 10 cities across Japan to celebrate the release of BP02.  And in preparation for the World Championships in Spring 2026, Tsuburaya Productions will be organizing large-scale qualifier tournaments internationally where participants will compete for an invitation.

The release of more hero and kaiju cards along with the increasing frequency of tournaments and events are sure to energize the ULTRAMAN CARD GAME community in 2025 and beyond with the slogan “UNITE. Beyond Borders.”

● "Ultra League" Tournament App Official Launch

The tournament app "Ultra League" (ウルトラリーグ, Urutora Rīgu), which has been used at some events and tournaments, will be fully introduced at all official and authorized tournaments from February 2025. This app will allow participants to manage all aspects of tournament participation, including event applications, actual day reception, and registration of match results.

The tournament app is scheduled to be updated periodically, and new features such as the ability to view decks registered by ULTRAMAN CARD GAME players from around the world and functions such as displaying the total number of matches played against rivals will be introduced in the future.
