The films shown will be SON OF GODZILLA and GODZILLA VS. MONSTER ZERO (aka INVASION OF ASTRO-MONSTER). The Ghoul, aka Ron Sweed, was a fixture on local television in the Detroit and Cleveland areas in the 1970s. His shows were known for humorous sound effects played over low-budget sci-fi and horror movies, and host segments characterized by bizarre humor, abuse of his diminutive sidekick Froggy, and his propensity for blowing up model vehicles with firecrackers. The Redford Theatre is an old-style movie palace located on the outskirts of Detroit, MI. Currently owned and operated by the Motor City Theatre Organ Society, the Redford is the only theatre in the area to have its original pipe organ.
