New ULTRAMAN YouTube Exclusive Series To Be Released Globally in Japanese, English and Chinese

Tsuburaya Productions has provided SciFi Japan with large photos plus English and Japanese press information for ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY (ウルトラギャラクシーファイト 大いなる陰謀, Urutora Gyarakushī Faito Ōinaru Inbō), their new online series which will premiere worldwide on the ULTRAMAN Official YouTube Channel in winter 2020.

The ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT YouTube line is the first all-new series designed to be released online and distributed simultaneously worldwide in the 50+ year history of the Ultraman series. The first show in the series, ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: NEW GENERATION HEROES (ウルトラギャラクシーファイト ニュージェネレーションヒーローズ, Urutora Gyarakushī Faito Nyū Jenerēshon Hīrōzu), started on YouTube on September 29, 2019. In the 10 months since its premiere, the series has gained more than 40 million views plus an additional 100 million views in China. Fans all over the world continue to enjoy the series, and thanks to their energetic support, the ULTRAMAN Official YouTube Channel has reached over 1 million subscribers.

THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY, the eagerly awaited sequel to NEW GENERATION HEROES, will be released to celebrate the channel reaching 1 million subscribers. Together, the 10 episodes will add up to about 90 minutes in total. The new show will be a step up from predecessor, and will be packed with profound drama and exciting action. Each episode will be released weekly in both Japanese and English dubbed versions.

■ Synopsis

Mysterious aliens and evil monsters that shouldn’t exist are attacking!

Zero, Ribut, Taiga, Z (Zett), 80, Max, Mebius, Great, Powered, Grigio, and many more Ultra Heroes fight together to solve this mysterious case, which could end up affecting the whole universe. However, this is all just the beginning of the upcoming war…! A conspiracy is underway — and stories are intersecting. And what is the goal of the golden giant working in the shadows?!

While connecting to the TV series ULTRAMAN Z as well, a new history of Ultraman begins!

● 1:　The stories lead to the now airing ULTRAMAN Z

The new series is set in the time after ULTRAMAN TAIGA THE MOVIE: NEW GENERATION CLIMAX (劇場版ウルトラマンタイガ　ニュージェネクライマックス, Gekijō-ban Urutoraman Taiga Nyū Jene Kuraimakkusu, 2020), leading up to the beginning of the first episode of ULTRAMAN Z (ZETT) 『ウルトラマンＺ(ゼット), Urutoraman Z (Zetto)』, the newest TV series, now airing on TV Tokyo. By watching the series, fans will be able to enjoy an even bigger world view of ULTRAMAN Z.

● 2:　Legendary Ultra Heroes from the past series will appear!

Along with Ultraman Zero, the Tri-Squad heroes Ultraman Taiga, Ultraman Titas and Ultraman Fuma, and Ultraman Z (Zett), many popular Ultras from different generations and worlds will appear in ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY. The team-up that fans have dreamed of is coming! Stay tuned as for a story that transcends generations!

Look for the Malaysian hero Ultraman Ribut, Ultrawoman Grigio, Ultraman 80, Ultraman Max, Ultraman Mebius, Ultraman Hikari, Australia’s Ultraman Great, the United States’ Ultraman Powered, Ultraman Neos and Ultraseven 21.

The infamous Ultraman Belial will also join the battle, appearing in his early form before he fell into evil… but why?

● 3: The advent of a new character… the mysterious golden giant “Absolute Tartarus”!

Absolute Tartaros will make his first appearance in THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY.

In contrast to Ultraman’s silver color, this mysterious character has gold around his body. He hides a tremendous, dreadful power and operates from the shadows. He seems to be interested in the Land of Light, but his true intentions are unknown…

What actions will Tartaros perform in this series?

■ The amazing action directed by Koichi Sakamoto is a must-see!

Koichi Sakamoto, who directed ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: NEW GENERATION HEROES, will continue to be the man behind the megaphone for the new series. He is well known for his work with popular hero and action series in the United States, both as a director and executive producer. In Japan, he directed MEGA MONSTER BATTLE ULTRA GALAXY: THE MOVIE (大怪獣バトル ウルトラ銀河伝説 THE MOVIE, Daikaijū Batoru Urutora Ginga Densetsu THE MOVIE, 2009), which is the first of Ultraman Zero’s many appearances, along with other Ultraman film and TV series like ULTRAMAN GINGA S THE MOVIE (劇場版 ウルトラマンギンガＳ 決戦! ウルトラ10勇士!!, Gekijō-ban Urutoraman Ginga S Kessen! Urutora 10 Yūshi!!, 2015), ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY (ウルトラファイトビクトリー, Urutora Faito Bikutorī, 2015) and ULTRA FIGHT ORB (ウルトラファイトオーブ 親子の力、おかりします！, Urutora Faito Ōbu Oyako no Chikara, Okari Shimasu!, 2017). He has also had a hand in a number of other popular hero series such as Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, and is a leading figure in action shows in Japan. The action scenes scattered throughout the shows are his specialty and a must-see.
