Urutoraman, 1966-67), the RMC PLUS poly resin statue depicts the Ultraman C-type design, capturing the characteristics of the hero’s mask and suit from the final episodes of the classic television series. Based on the Spark Dolls concept of GINGA, which had Ultramen and monsters transformed into toys by a mysterious force, the 500 line primarily focused on PVC (soft vinyl) figures with an average height of 14cm (5.5 inches) and a SRP of ¥540 (Approximately $5.19 US). Over the past few years, Bandai has revised and expanded the line with capsule figures, larger-scale DX monsters, and characters from new shows and movies. In the program, protagonist Gai Kurenai (Hideo Ishiguro) becomes Ultraman Orb through a transformation device called the Orb Ring. As Orb, Kurenai can take on different forms that are combinations of previous heroes from the Ultra Series. Bandai`s ULTRAMAN ORB product line will include Data Carddass (collectible cards for use with Bandai games and devices) based on Orb`s fusion ability. These Fusion Cards are packaged with most of the characters in their “Ultra Hero Orb” series of soft vinyl figures and will also be released separately in sets of 6. The Japanese company CCP (Character Contents Production) has solicited new Ultraman and Neronga figures for their 1/6th scale (relative to the hero/monster suits) soft vinyl series. Based on ULTRAMAN Episode 3- SCIENCE PATROL, MOVE OUT! The toys can transform into vehicles and have interlocking joints that can be mixed and matched to create original designs.
