The game is based on the Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. animated series ULTRAMAN (??????, Urutoraman), which was distributed worldwide on Netflix in April 2019 and recently began broadcasting on Japanese television. Tsuburaya has revealed that the game will soon be available for play outside of Japan, with details TBA.

? J-Idol Rena Sayama and Alien Adad Are Here!

In ULTRAMAN: BE ULTRA players can use various characters that appear in the anime series and the original comics. Characters can be be acquired by using Spacium, the in-game currency for buying upgrades, items and other rewards. Two new characters have been added to the game: Rena Sayama, the J-Idol who love Ultraman, and Adad, an alien with advanced fighting skills.

? Rewards Increased For Pre-Registered Players

Tsuburaya had earlier announced that if pre-registration in Japan hit 100,000 users, each would receive a bonus of 1,650 Spacium. The numbers eventually exceeded 300,000, so Tsuburaya has bumped up the bonus content for players... • UR Character Rena Sayama • Rena Sayama`s Uniform • 6,930 Spacium

• Story Mode

ULTRAMAN: BE ULTRA has multiple play modes. In story mode, the player can enjoy famous scenes from the anime while interactiing with the QTE (quick time event) system, where events change when the player follows onscreen instructions. At the time of release, there are "NORMAL" and "HARD" difficulty levels. If a player clears story mode once, they can play again at a higher difficulty level.

• Battle Mode

ULTRAMAN: BE ULTRA is an action RPG in which players form teams for combat. The strategy changes greatly depending on the combination and placement of the heroes on the battlefield. Game play for activating skills and changing characters can be easily done with one finger.

• PvP Mode Battle

ULTRAMAN: BE ULTRA features not only the characters that appeared in the anime and the original manga, but also those heroes and aliens who fought in the Heisei era Ultraman shows and movies! Players in Japan can create their own original dream team and have battles with users all over the country! There are two modes of battle, 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2. Users can replay their own battles as well as those of the game`s top ranking players.

• Additional Content In addition to story mode, 2 types of "player vs player", boss raid, event stage, production, growth, and ULTRA PASS, players can enjoy a lot of content! If a user is uncertain what to do, they can check in at "Mission" displayed on the lobby screen.
