In recent years Mr. Furuya has celebrated his birthdays with close friends and fans. In 2014, his birthday party was held at a restaurant in Ebisu, Tokyo. This year, his birthday celebration was upgraded and held as a show. Mr. Satoshi Furuya’s ULTRA Birthday Show was held on July 12th in Ginza, Tokyo. In the program, protagonist Daichi Ozora (Kensuke Takahashi) becomes Ultraman X through a transformation device called the Xdevizers. Ozora also uses Cyber Cards -- data cards created by the Earth defense team “Xio” (Xeno Invasion Outcutters) -- to create "Monsarmor", armor and weapons based on monsters and heroes from the Ultra Series.
